Key Features

Market Feeds Data-Integrity Checks and Exception Handling Techniques

Market Instrument Rate Feeds are provided by dealers who are only too human. As such, human errors causing Rate Data to be “dirty” often times occurs. If “dirty” data is allowed into the Database, it would cause corruption, and possible mal-function of certain processes. Hence, Rate Data being entered into the Database should be kept as “clean” as possible. The PERMIT® Auto-Feeds Manager System provides an intelligent filter (that allows an authorized user to present certain filter settings) to filter Rate Data as they are being captured, before they are allowed to be saved into the Database.

Flexible Automation Handling Procedures

The PERMIT® Auto-Feeds Manager System has flexible automation handling settings capability in that it can allow an authorized User to specific which Financial Market Instrument Rate Feed types are to be run in which sequence, and on which Rate Feed Machines. In other words, it can allow multiple schedules which control different sequential Market Rate Feed runs to be fed concurrently through different Rate Feed machines, with each schedule settable individually.
