Highlights

Participants will have a clear basic understanding of the various types of financial derivatives in the market place and develop an intuitive feel for such products.  This will enable participants to have an extended toolbox, thereby optimizing their hedging and financial risk management solutions.  They will also understand the treatment of such instruments under the FRS 32 and SAS 33 accounting standards.

Participants may be eligible for Financial Sector Development Fund (FSDF) grant support on a case-by-case basis. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) administers grants to financial sector organisations that sponsor eligible participants to training programmes that meet qualifying criteria.
